Gull House, the former residence of Kim Novak

Following a celebrated Hollywood career, that included iconic leading roles in Picnic and Vertigo alongside James Stewart, Kim Novak found refuge along the dramatic coast of Carmel Highlands. Although now a respected artist in Oregon, Novak had purchased “Gull House” and used the residence as a retreat from 1961 to 1973. The oceanfront estate situated along Spindrift Lane was built in 1957, and the property offers some of the most majestic views of the Pacific Ocean.
