Pierre Hermé Presents Macarons for Valentine's Day

French chef Pierre Hermé, who is also called a Macaron king in the gastronomy world, made his debut in America to present his praised macarons stateside just in the nick of time for Valentine’s Day.  Travelers going to or from the John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 4 will be able to procure the Pierre Hermé macarons with either their miles or credit card.

The reputation Hermé built up is not just for show; in 2016 he was given the title of “world’s best pastry chef” by organizers of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.  Hermé has boutiques all across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, but has yet to establish an official boutique in the United States.  He will be bringing the macarons in a variety of flavors that include salted caramel, milk chocolate & passion fruit, hazelnut praline, chocolate and his signature Ispahan, with  litchi, rose and raspberry.
