Ermenegildo Zegna has brought forth yet another uproar to the fashion industry with their latest and most exciting collection. A grand fifteen looks and styles from the January 13th runway show in Milan, which happens to be the first under the new Creative Director and Berluti alum Alessandro Sartori, and is presently available for made-to-measure requests at select Ermenegildo Zegna boutiques across the globe. This Made to Measure runway program is something brand new to Ermenegildo Zegna’s 107 long lasting-years in the fashion world. Sartori aligned himself with major fashion names like, Burberry or Tom Ford in the past who took a unique approach such as the “see now, buy now” way for their various collections. Sartori lead with a creative mind set and continues to do so for Ermenegildo Zegna as shown it this latest collection.
Zegna had a somewhat different way then the”see now, buy now” approach, they used a bespoke approach to the fashion industry’s constantly changing climate that symbolizes their unwavering commitment to its tailoring heritage and their loyal client base. After setting up an appointment at one of the nine select boutiques, you can then pick pieces from the Milan Fashion Show extending to slim-fitting top coats and bomber jackets to expertly tailored suits in rich and earthy, tones that have been perfectly tailored to fit you (Note: top coats start at $4,500 and suits at $5,000). Records of the fitting are later submitted to master ateliers at Ermenegildo Zegna, then each custom-tailored piece will be delivered within six weeks. Appointments for the 15 looks from the Winter 2017 Fashion Show are available through the end of next week at Zegna’s boutiques such as the stateside outposts in New York & Beverly Hills.
